leptazan.com does not sell Leptozan and cannot issue refunds. Your order was placed with the official retailer, and refund requests go to the support address on your order confirmation email. That is the only route that can actually process one.
The guarantee, as published
Official Leptozan orders come with a 180-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of purchase.
It is a satisfaction guarantee, so it is not limited to something being wrong with the product — simply deciding it is not for you is reason enough.

That is unusual and it is in your favour. The common pattern in this category is a 60-day guarantee sold alongside a 180-day supply, which leaves most of what you bought outside the window.
Worth checking before you order
The length of the guarantee is published. A few practical details are not, and they are the ones that decide whether claiming is easy:
- Who pays return postage, if anything has to go back
- Whether opened bottles need returning
- How long a refund takes to reach you
They will be in the checkout terms. The couple of minutes before you pay is the only time reading them is actually useful.
How to request a refund
- Find your order confirmation email — it has the order number, the purchase date and the retailer’s support address.
- Write to that address quoting the order number and purchase date, and say what you would like to happen.
- Do exactly what they tell you, including anything about returning bottles.
- Keep the packaging until it is all settled.
And write the purchase date on the box when the parcel arrives. 180 days is a long time to keep in your head.
What we can and can’t do
Can’t: see your order, cancel it, change an address, track a parcel, approve or hurry a refund, or contact the retailer for you.

Bought somewhere else?
A bottle from a marketplace listing or an unauthorised seller sits outside the manufacturer’s guarantee. The 180-day terms apply to orders placed through the official checkout.
Refunds for this website
leptazan.com sells nothing and charges nothing, so there is no situation in which we owe you money. If anyone claiming to be this site has charged you, that is fraud — contact your card issuer straight away.
